About Soul Nova
I created Soul Nova because I believe in your potential.
I believe you are both innately good and worthy.
I also believe that you are the curator of your own soul’s journey.
And yet, experience tells me that we can be distracted and disconnected from our own self-worth, our value, and find that our soul’s journey is not at all what we envisioned. I would guess that, like me, you find it challenging to reconcile all the calls for attention in your life, such as family and workplace expectations, or trying to balance the seemingly conflicting energies within yourself or with others. And then there are the comparisons we can’t seem to stop making that put us in a place of ‘should’ or feeling there’s a gap in our lives.
It is normal to have questions such as: What am I doing with this life? Why do I feel stuck? How can I cope with the overwhelming feelings I have? How do I return to a place of strength and grace? How do I remember how to love?
Here, you will find resources designed to help you answer these soul inquiries and support your soul journey. Sometimes that guidance may look like an affirmation to spark within you a memory of a quality you already hold. Sometimes you will find prompts or suggestions of things you can experiment with. There are also mindfulness techniques, contemplative questions, and guided meditations.
In any moment we have access to specific energies within us, whether at a somatic level (what we notice in our bodies), or a mind level, (the emotions or thoughts we are having), or the energy at a spiritual level, (how we are connected to the larger world and our purpose and place within it). When we have ways of tuning into these energies, we access an inner wisdom that lights our way.
This is the purpose of the Soul Nova resources: to work with different energies within you to gain clarity and confidence about your direction, remember your inherent value, and amplify your soul light.
