Foundational Soul Echo Meditation

In this 15-minute guided contemplation, you will create an inner refuge to connect with the messages of power and light available to you. 

Using the imagery of Orion, a birthplace of stars, you tap into this source of brilliance and power, embodying that energy at your foundational self, where your energy is rooted, and where your self-resources are found.  Resources that nourish your authentic self.
